The Design Manager is primarily responsible to lead the coordination within the technical team (Structural, Architectural and M&E).

Besides identifying and resolving design, specifications, construction methodology, sequencing and maintenance issues, balancing contractual obligations, statutory requirements, site progress and product workmanship while ensuring that timely progress of works on site with timely issuance of shop drawings, the Architect will also interface with the Consultants, Client and/or Authorities to ensure the timely resolution of such issues.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Leads the coordination of the technical departments within the office.
• Drives and Monitors the production of schematic design, design development and construction documents i.e. shop drawings, material approval, mock-ups etc.

Job Description:

• Conduct the design and simulation of analog circuits with thorough documentation.
• Oversee the layout and backend team to ensure successful physical implementation of IP and timing closure.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, with over 10 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in designing analog mixed-signal circuit blocks such as bandgap references, bias circuits, LDO regulators, amplifiers, comparators, switched-capacitor circuits, ADCs, DACs, oscillators, filters, and high-speed digital circuits (including serializers, deserializers, counters, dividers, etc.).
• Deep understanding of analog mixed-signal design, including experience with high-speed serial circuits using advanced FinFET technology.
• Familiarity with PCIe and related protocols; experience with PCIe5 or PCIe6 is preferred.
• Experience with developing 32G and above or PAM4 SerDes is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in team building and project management.
