Developing comprehensive communication plans that align with project objectives and stakeholder needs.
•Formulating adoption strategies to ensure smooth transition and acceptance of new initiatives.
•Creating a variety of communication materials, including presentations, newsletters, emails, and intranet content.
•Collaborating closely with project managers, team members, and other departments to ensure messaging is consistent across the organization.
•Coordinating training sessions and developing materials to assist stakeholders in adapting to new processes or technologies.
•Utilizing various communication platforms and tools, such as project management software, collaboration tools, and email marketing platforms, to enhance communication efforts.
•Gathering and analyzing stakeholder feedback on the effectiveness of communication and making improvements based on this feedback and best practices.
Required Work Experience (Brief description of the job-related experience needed to perform the job)
•At least 2-5 years of experience in communication roles, preferably within IT or technology-focused environments.
•Proven experience in supporting communication efforts for large-scale projects or within a PMO.
•Demonstrated experience in developing and executing communication strategies to support change management initiatives.
•Strong background in creating various communication materials such as presentations, newsletters, emails, and intranet content..
•Proficiency with communication platforms and tools, such as project management software, collaboration tools, and email marketing platforms.
•Experience in creating visual aids, such as charts, graphs, and infographics, to convey complex information effectively.
•Proven ability to gather and analyze stakeholder feedback and implement continuous improvements in communication practices.
