• Co-ordinate and ensure delivery of event catering requirements in conjunction with operations and food and beverage teams.
• Work with the marketing team to review products and service offerings on a regular basis
• Update, document and implement the standard operating procedure for all booking and sales processes.
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisors

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, hospitality and tourism, or related field.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a corporate sales or business development role ideally gained in a visitor attraction, tour and travel, hospitality or MICE industry. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Executive position.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be proactive and goal focused to achieve sales targets
• Able to work late nights, weekends and public holidays when required

Working Hours: 5 days office hours

Job Scope:

• Process end-to-end payroll for a large organisation (with 2 payroll cycles a month), including but not limited to submission of monthly CPF and refunds, Government Paid Leave claims, processing medical/dental claims from employees, ensuring accuracy of bank details and timely submission of bank files
• Providing payroll GL to the finance team for reconciliation, pro-ration of salary for new hires and resignees, filing for resignees according to internal procedures
• Timely filing of IR21 clearance (for foreign resignees) and annual IR8A submission to IRAS and generate e-IR8A report to all employees
• Correspond with HR team to retrieve data and inputs necessary for relevant pay elements
• Support and implement improvements to system enhancement and payroll processes for better efficiency and compliance to statutory regulations
• Manage system set-up for payroll-related processes
• Maintain a secured archival of payroll files to support annual and ad-hoc audit exercises
• Provide support for internal & external audit on payroll matters
• Serves as an internal and external resource on payroll-related inquiries
• Attend to all employee inquiries such as Employee Benefits, Payroll, Leaves, Insurance (medical & WICA) related matters
• Assisting in WICA renewal

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma or Degree in any relevant field
• Min. 3-5 years relevant experience preferably with more than 400 headcount
• Good knowledge in timesoft payroll system
• Able to start immediate/ within a short notice
