• Create and keep updated and confirmation notice database of terms, precedents and templates
• Timely file and track contracts in the in-house database management software
• Act as a subject matter resource on template contracts, LNG counterparty-specific documentation formats, and house positions in particular regarding recurring legal, regulatory and drafting issues
• Participate in documentation and operational improvement projects, and integrate new tools to enhance overall processes (eg Snoop-e visa grid together with the administrative team)
• Interact with the LNG desk, middle office and the administrative team in order to be able to respond to and evaluate commercial requirements
• Follow and stay on top of the LNG business development
• Strictly adhere to and comply with the policies and codes

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years operations/commercial/contracts/legal experience in the oil and gas industry (LNG)
• Knowledge of global LNG markets and commercial contracts strongly preferred
• Strong coordination, negotiation and interpersonal skills (ability to work with a variety of internal departments)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent mathematical skills and ability to analyse large amounts of data
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and work to deadlines
• Ability to work without supervision, and in a multi-cultural trading environment
• Accurate and efficient working style with high attention to detail
• Adaptive to change, prepared to go the extra mile
• Sensitivity to confidentialities combined with good judgment
• Computer literacy: MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook
• Fluent English essential. Spanish and/or French language skills a plus
