Main Responsibilities:

• Generating leads and cultivating opportunities
• Contact and pitch to customers to achieve sales targets
• Build strong and long term customer relationship
• Management of key accounts
• Expanding sales from both new and existing customers

• Ensure prompt pre and post sales experience of customers
• Conducting bi-monthly educational sessions for customer groups
• Achieving performance KPIs

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of services/software to property/real estate facility/commercial/security systems
• Good experience in current account management and negotiation
• Candidates from the same industry will be highly preferred
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients who converse in Mandarin only
