ServiceNow is seeking Enterprise Architects to join our Team. The Enterprise Architecture Team is part of our pre-sales organization focused on building credibility and trust with the technical leaders in our largest customers by developing cross-functional strategies and solutions. Our team brings technical expertise, real-world experience, strong executive engagement skills and an inspirational mindset to help our customers understand the opportunities of the “platform of platforms” vision. We act as technical leaders for our customers' most complex solutions, designed to ensure that they can realize the value they need. We do this by leveraging best practice and industry standards to build customer trust and architect best-in-class solutions.

While collaborating with customers, partners, and the wider ServiceNow sales team, the right candidate will create and communicate high-level architectures and strategies that are both written and verbal, to audiences up to and including the CIO/CTO level. The Enterprise Architect will elegantly articulate the advantage of ServiceNow being built on a single cloud platform consisting of a single user interface, one code base and one data model. The Enterprise Architect will also lead and participate in the delivery of workshops, best practice overviews, and educational sessions to existing customers and partners.

• Understand the detail behind the ServiceNow and platform of platforms architecture and communicate it at various levels
• Work with architecture development methods, modelling approaches and architecture patterns for integration
• Interact at multiple levels within a customer account (Enterprise Architects, Domain Architects, Directors, VPs, and CXOs) and maintain these relationships throughout their customer journey.
• Provide thought leadership and collaborate with internal ServiceNow business units
• Identify, lead and contribute to the creation of best practices, white papers, workshops, etc

We’re looking for a highly creative, passionate and detail-oriented senior art director with 8+ years of experience working part of a design studio or creative team. 

What you will do: 

• Conceptualise and design for a variety of audiences, brands, and industries, with the ability to move from one client to another without an issue 

• Produce creatives in a variety of formats and channels including static and animated content such as: key visuals, illustrations, motion graphics, web design  

• Design for a variety of communications touch points including print, social media, digital, OOH, media drops and experiential design 

• Participate in group brainstorms and working sessions 

• Strategise, manage and execute the visual style of campaigns from art direction, styling, storyboarding, photo shooting and editing 

• Support new business by playing an active role in proposal development and pitch presentation 

• Coach and support the growth of our junior and mid-weight designers

Senior Art Director

We are looking for a hands-on, digital native with a breadth of design capabilities and a finger on the pulse of pop culture to join our Creative team. You’ll be responsible for ideating and implementing brand, editorial, and marketing programs, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience working closely with the brand, creative and marketing teams. This role will have the emphasis on the craft of Graphic Design to consistently create powerful and memorable visual narratives.

Role: 

• Be the brand and design expert in the team for a leading video streaming service; shape and maintain brand ethos at every touchpoint with a relentless eye for craft.
• Participate in full-scale integrated campaigns from concept to completion. This will include creating and producing work involving photography, illustration, animation, digital, and experiential.
• Designing Campaign Playbook: identifying look & feel, setting the tone and design principles, and developing a visual identity system for campaigns that can be adopted in different APAC markets. 
• Hands-on design development in collaboration with Creative Leads and creative consultants within the team
• Ensure quality and timely creative production and communication with creative teammates, stakeholders, and external clients.
• Sell in design thinking and principles by inspiring a senior group and motivating the audience internally and externally.
• Ensure that deliverables adhere to the strategic brief, the brand’s vision and intention. 
• Operate as both an individual contributor and a cross-functional team player.
• Champion the user (both content creators and viewers/fans) in all your design rationales. Ensuring that your creative decisions are based on user behaviour and insights.

You:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in creative studios (in-house or agency) with a focus on branding or graphic design.
• Award-worthy portfolio with world-class design sensibilities.
• Deep interest in various pop cultures and diverse communities.
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced workplace - the ability to visualise a range of solutions iteratively.
• Ability to understand business and brand priorities and translate them to hands-on design solutions.
• Led projects and experienced in working on regional campaigns
• Familiarity with production process and terminology; comprehension of graphic design, digital marketing, and advertising.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects spanning across JAPAC.

What a Manager, Creative & Design at Visa does:

• Inspire and work with the Visa Design Studio team to develop innovative creative solutions, from broad concept development through to production and implementation providing clear and constructive direction throughout the process.

• Drive client take-up of creative services with high quality creative and impactful selling. Communicate and present design concepts to external and internal clients, explaining the creative rationale in the context of business objectives.

• Drive AP Marketing Services revenue growth by effectively executing client projects and briefs through Visa Design Studio.

• Work hands-on to ideate, craft and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives or goals.

• Develop creative ideas that meets both our clients’ objectives as well as our business objectives.  

• Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors. Manage and create design components ranging from web, graphics, social as well as digital media content, print, environmental, OOH, BTL and packaging across all levels of project complexity.

• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative and design processes and output.

• Collaborate effectively with Visa marketing teams, copywriters, and broader campaign creative team to develop world-class creative work.

• Make designs come to life by conceptualizing, creating and animating storyboards, editing videos, creating mock-ups, convert layouts to HTML format, etc. Prepare and organize final artwork delivery, ensuring all details and requirements are in place.

Why this is important to Visa

You will report to the Creative team lead for Visa Design Studio. The Visa Design Studio team (part of the Visa AP Marketing organization) is responsible for delivering creative services to Visa’s clients and driving a key marketing service workstream for revenue growth. The team is in it’s early stages of expansion and the role will be integral in its formation.
