Your key role is to administer the Cluster Fund to support manpower, business development, productivity initiatives and sustainability efforts. This include working with relevant stakeholders to understand their needs and provide advice on the grant requirements, conduct analysis to fine-tune or enhance the CF to ensure industry relevance and effectiveness, and assisting with the grant administration to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and governance in the process and knowledge management.

• End-to end accountability for all IT Operations for e-Mobility portfolio supporting all products & services that enable operations for e-Mobility charging points & sites.

• Responsible for interfacing with the IT Manager and Mobility function and accountable for the operating plan, budget and operational lifecycle of services and products

Works closely with the relevant teams to ensure prompt payment of invoices.

• Management of contracts including developing the contract, technical evaluation, contracts performance evaluation & renewal/closure of contracts.

• Ensuring adequate business controls are in place across the processes used in support of the site service delivery including controlling of the contract expenditure.

Requirement:

Ø Years of Experience: 10+ years of corporate IT experience

Ø Minimum Education or Certification: Master Degree related to IT or equivalent

Ø Proven experience in IT Service Management, at least 5 years’ experience in IT operations

Ø Candidates with the following experience will have an advantage: experience in the electric mobility, retail or transportation sector.
