This is a full time role for a Retail Assistant Manager located in Clementi. Our client is one of Singapore's largest nurseries and you will be responsible for supporting the store manager with daily operations such as handling cash, managing security protocols, and ensuring team adherence to company policies. • Develop market knowledge and intelligence: To analyze trends and data which aid pricing decisions and strategies, gather from team update to all on the latest development on service pattern and demand changes.
• Monitor customers support/retention & agents' performance: Monitor customer’s support on monthly basis and follow-up with customer. Review agents' performance - conduct weekly meetings to understand market trends across regions and to set agents' marketing objectives
• SOC revenue forecasting: Contribute to revenue processes by furnishing freight rates trends and forecasting.
• Mentoring and leadership: Provide necessary guidance and direction to teammate in achieving goals, monitor the performance and to maintain high morale for the team.
