Requirements:
- Passionate about interior design.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Background in interior design is advantageous.
- Ability to meet client requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Handle sales inquiries effectively.
- Provide expert advice on space planning and interior aesthetics.
- Create mood board proposals to communicate design concepts.
- Develop design briefs and schedules in collaboration with the team.
- Assist the Team Lead in preparing quotations (Training will be provided).
- Collaborate with the Visualization team to produce 3D design drawings.
- Engage in discussions with clients regarding design proposals.
- Manage and coordinate with subcontractors throughout project implementation.
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship.
