Responsibilities
You will be part of a committed and dynamic HR Team and play a strategic role in supporting the learning & development needs for the National Parks Board. You will be involved in curating and coordinating learning & development programmes for the diverse groups of professionals within the agency. In addition to conceptualising and crafting learning and development roadmaps, you will ensure that the competency frameworks are kept updated to guide staff in their professional development. As part of your portfolio, you have the opportunity to work with both internal and external stakeholders to identify, develop and fulfil training programmes for the agency. You will also be assigned HR projects to experiment with new ideas and adopt best HR practices.
Requirements
Preferably with relevant working experience in learning and development administration
Meticulous with an eye for detail
Good written, interpersonal and communication skills
Self-initiated, independent and an effective team member
