You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining smart lock products at customers’ homes. The role involves travelling to customer locations, providing product training, and ensuring the locks function properly after installation. You will need to follow a daily schedule to complete tasks efficiently, all while maintaining a professional and positive attitude with customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting installation and repair activities, replenishing equipment and spare parts as needed, and ensuring the upkeep of the company vehicle. Other ad-hoc tasks may be assigned as required. Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and customer service abilities are essential for this role.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a valid Class 3 driver’s license
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
• Flexibility with full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in electrical work, carpentry, or lock installations preferred.
• Willingness to fulfill urgent and ad-hoc appointments to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Including SMD repairs such as re-balling, soldering, reflowing of I/Cs, transistors, capacitors and other components/chipsets on a Motherboard.
• Resolve software issues using established SOPs.
• Research new methods, both hardware and software to resolve common problems or troubleshooting common problems.
• Ensure daily cleanliness of the technical department.
• Ensure proper use of tools issued.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of machines, tools and gadgets.
• Adapt to changing technologies and learn functionally of new laptop and phone application.
• Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by report manager and/or management.

• Customer oriented with good communication skills
• Must be able to speak, read and write English to communicate with English-speaking customers
• Preferably with a customer service experience to service customers with products/services.
• Preferable have experience on troubleshooting, repair and dismantle of computers and notebooks. Replace harddisk, LED screen and motherboard.

• Working Time: 12noon to 9pm
