Job Description:

• Plan and control the delivery of project design to ensure the achievement of quality, completion and project objectives.
• Select and engage, then monitor the performance of external design partners within the discipline including their deliverables, cost and timeframes.
• Manage the design approval process in accordance with project requirements and program.
• Prepare budgets and schedules of design delivery for management approval then manage and report the cost of design delivery in the project life cycle.

Job Requirement:

• Recognised Degree in building Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of engineering experience in the construction industry with 8 years of experience in the design of civil and structures of building related projects.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
• Resourceful, self-driven, proactive, and able to foster collaboration.
• Able to work well independently and as a team.

• Handle processing of mark lists and related documentation.
• Manage logistics support for Board of Examiners’ meeting.
• Oversee the typesetting of various academic documents.
