Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, develop, and produce graphic designs and layouts that are visually engaging and aligned with the brand’s identity.
• Design marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, and digital assets, ensuring consistency with the client’s brand guidelines.
• Collaborate directly with clients to gather and understand design briefs, ensuring design solutions meet their needs.
• Resolve creative challenges and provide innovative design solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay current with design trends and incorporate fresh ideas into all projects.

Requirements:

• A Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a design studio, agency, or a similar design field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your creative thinking, design skills, and knowledge of the printing process.
• A keen eye for detail with a focus on color, typography, and layout.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and team members.

The scope of the System Support is as below:

1. Video analytic task creation, deletion, start and stop.

2. Algorithms full lifecycle management, including upgrading, versioning, training, dismission

and onboarding.

3. False detection case recognition e.g., video footages from incidents to validate the

algorithms false positive and false negative rate to trigger fine tuning.

4. Generate system performance report.

5. Other daily tasks assigned by CUSTOMER.

6. The System Support shall have experience in VA or similar project management.

7. Experience in VA system management or equivalent role.

8. Experience in deep learning/machine learning technologies, tools and development

frameworks in the field of video analytics, image processing, e.g. TensorFlow, Keras, Caffee,

Pytorch, Modeling etc.

9. Experience in video analytics algorithms developing. Knowledge and experience in

construction safety domain will be preferred.

10. Good understanding in software development and quick prototyping with C/C++/Java,

Docker, Kubernetes, or any AI language of choice.

11. Experience with source control such as GitHub.

Job Description

AI Singapore (AISG) is a national AI programme launched by the National Research Foundation (NRF) to anchor deep national capabilities in Artificial Intelligence (AI).

The programme office is hosted by the National University of Singapore (NUS) and brings together all Singapore-based research institutions and the vibrant ecosystem of AI start-ups and companies developing AI products to perform use-inspired research, grow the knowledge, create the tools, and develop the talent to power Singapore's AI efforts.

The candidate will join a team of AI scientists, apprentices, data and software engineers/apprentices. With the team, he or she will experiment and build AI solutions that can help Singapore companies improve their businesses using AI.

The Senior Engineer/Tech Lead will be expected to provide technical leadership, drive collaboration with cross-functional teams within AI Products to design and resolve complex issues, engage stakeholders, manage, mentor and guide junior engineers in the projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable and reliable software and system applications/frameworks using engineering best practices and AI technologies
• Drive and maintain engineering, coding and DevOps/MLOps/CICD best practices, and documentation standards
• Work closely with Product Manager(s) to engage stakeholders, scope and drive product deliverables through Agile methodologies
• Utilise problem-solving skills to address and resolve user issues, with a focus on empathy
• Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams within AI Products to design and resolve complex issues
• Keep abreast of, and be able to evaluate application of technologies and trends in software development best practices and architectures (in software / AI)
• Manage, mentor and guide a team of engineers in the projects
• Contribute to community engagement activities such as sharing via technical session meet-ups and article write-ups, and participating in discussion forums

Qualifications

1. Degree in computer science, machine learning, AI, and other related fields
2. Experience in applying software design patterns to build scalable and reliable software systems
3. Experience in developing, deploying and maintaining production systems/APIs on cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure
4. Experience in AI/Machine learning frameworks such as Tensorflow and Pytorch
5. Experience in driving software development using Agile methodologies
6. Experience with leading other engineers in a software development project
7. Experience with applying best practices to source code repository management
8. Previous working experience in Large Language Models will be advantageous
9. Previous experience in contributing to open-source projects will be advantageous
10. Data story-telling, information visualisation/UX and technical writing skills

Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for providing business support assistance, corporate strategy(executional) support, and coordinating marketing communications for the CEO office. The role reports to CEO and involves handling various tasks and responsibilities in both offices to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations and the overall efficiency of the business and the responsibilities associated with the role :

Business Support:

• Provide full secretarial and executive administrative support for the CEO and CSO (Chief Strategy Officer)
• Detailed minute-taking during meetings and presentations during management meetings and when needed by CEO and/or CSO
• Coordinate the corporate communication and prepare corporate presentations needed for internal purposes or external correspondence
• Liaise with Legal Counsel and Regulatory Compliance on managing matters of the business
• Manage scheduling, prioritization and preparation for all engagements and coordinate/plan travel schedules involving the CEO and CSO, and Senior Management Team(where needed)

Corporate Strategy Support:

• Preparation/compilation of management reports, statistics, presentations, meeting agendas, as well as prepare presentation materials for strategic meetings
• Support on corporate strategy project management and tasks
• Understanding budgeting and expense management – financial acumen will be advantageous
• Act as the prime interface to the CEO and working teams, specifically the senior leadership
• Support marketing communications with the Marketing team in terms of project administration and

Pre-requisites:

• Education: Degree/ Diploma, Business or the Sciences
