Job Description

Responsibilities:

Deploying, managing, and scaling applications on OpenShift Container Platform.

Configuring and maintaining OpenShift clusters.

Monitoring system performance and ensuring reliability and availability.

Implementing security policies and procedures for OpenShift environments.

Collaborating with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Automating tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) and CI/CD pipelines.

Providing technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in deploying and managing applications on OpenShift.
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
• Understanding of networking concepts and services (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications such as Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration (RHCSA) are a plus.

Optional Skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps).
• Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools (ELK stack, Prometheus).
• Understanding of container orchestration and microservices architecture.

• Need experience in Architectural metal works, metal cladding, Ceiling panels, Glass Wall, Glass Railing, Sky lights, Stainless Steel & Aluminium works.
• Planning of shop drawings submission schedule to control the sequence and time frame for development of shop drawings.
• Prepare documents/samples submission schedule to control the sequence and timing for samples submission/approval with preferable float time allowed for procurements.
• Co-ordinate all related design matters with Consultants/ Client.
• Ensure main contract and sub-contract designs co-ordinated fulfil all design requirements.
• Co-ordinate with Contract team for any formal and informal changes made by Consultants.
• Co-ordinate with Contract team for proper sequence of sub-contract awards.
• Resolve technical problems for team.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and pre-sales consulting roles, with a focus on Employee Central Payroll and Employee Central modules.
3. SuccessFactors 10+ experience in presales
4. Deep technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules, including but not limited to Employee Central Payroll and Employee Central.
5. Strong understanding of payroll processes, payroll schema, payroll configuration, time management, and other relevant payroll-related concepts.
6. Should be able to give system demo to customers for entire Core module.
7. Proven experience in architecting and delivering complex SAP SuccessFactors solutions to enterprise clients.
8. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
9. SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in Employee Central and/or Employee Central Payroll is highly desirable.
10. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

business objectives.

● Develop and communicate program goals, objectives, and milestones to stakeholders.

● Foster collaboration between technical teams, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach to program

delivery.

● Collaborate with product managers, engineers, vendors and other stakeholders to drive successful

outcomes.

● Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team

● Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality

standards

● Manage project and program issues and risks to mitigate impact to baselines

● Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems,

build consensus and achieve objectives

● Develop and deliver progress reports, documentation and presentations to various audiences. Integrate

and synthesize information across departments for efficient communication, reporting and expectation

management

Job Requirements:

● Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience

● Experience with AWS services (CDN, WAF, API gateway, ECS, Lambda, RDS)

● 5+ years of project & program management experience, including tracking and planning projects

● 5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment

● Experienced in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall

● Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead multiple business and

technology organizations

● Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating

teamwork, innovation and excellence

● Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills

● Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands

● Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese as dealing with products in Chinese

● Experience in planning, designing, developing, architecting, and implementing cloud solutions on AWS

platform is a plus.
