Responsibilities

• Front desk: Proactively manage enquiries from walk-in customers, via phone, WhatsApp and email, including follow-up.
• Promote and explain the Campus Advantage.
• Admin support: invoicing, class scheduling, word-processing, data entry, liaising with teachers, vendors, directors, etc.

Requirements

• A good diploma or higher; related work experience preferred but not a must
• Fresh grads welcome to apply
• Good English and communication ability, both written and spoken
• Effective spoken Mandarin skills for liaising with Mandarin speaking customers
• IT-proficient in MS Office, Google apps, Zoom, etc.
• Aptitude for learning new software and systems

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the creation of innovative product designs and improvement/development to existing product designs.

• Minimum Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant working experience
• Understanding of various industry standards and offshore operations
