INTERIOR DESIGNER/SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER

As an Interior Designer/Senior Interior Designer, you will work closely with senior staff to design and document the design, finishes, furniture and equipment for projects as well as work on visualizing spaces for internal and client review. In Aedas Interiors we believe that an Interior Designer must be someone who is creative, articulate, organized, and responsible with experience in both workplace and hospitality projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with team in the design conceptualization and development of the project through hand sketches, SketchUp or Revit models and Adobe Creative Suite tools

• Assisting the team with space planning and furniture layouts;

• Selecting finishes for review and use in project

• Assisting with project presentation materials such as boards, books, PowerPoints, and 3D mockups

• Assist in sub-consultant coordination as it pertains to interior design to maintain the integrity of the design intent

• Developing and maintaining vendor relationships to develop sources for project materials

• Assembling information from vendors and entering information into specification forms

• Documenting finishes on construction documents and specifications

• Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements & Attributes:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture Program.

• Minimum 5 years of related experience working in a design studio in a similar position, preferably with a recognized award winning international interior design practice

• Hand sketching skills

• AutoCAD 2015 (mandatory)

Job Description

• Lead and manage a team of 18 pax to support Set Design and Staging activities for all Mediacorp’s productions.
• Plan and assign manpower, external resources, manage overall budget, timeline and deliverables.
• Provide guidance and advice to the team to achieve a the production requirement.
• Work with Props Store in maintaining and managing the inventory and processes
• Work closely with Props Resource team in securing suppliers on the Props items.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of related work experience with relevant working knowledge of Set Design, Stage Design, Space Design, Interior, Landscape, Event, Exhibition, or Product Design, or 5 years of experience in project management in performing art and media industry, e.g. drama, movie, or theatre productions.
• Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline is preferred.
• Collaborative and a team player with strong communication skills.
• Effective time and stress management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Required

• 7 years IT experience in software development or architecture.
• Over 4+ years of experience in Flowable or any other Java based BPM tools (Flowable/Camunda/Activiti)
• Knowledge of Flowable Open-source Modeler, Admin & IDM.
• Experience in head-less BPM implementation.
• Experience in Process design & Rule Configuration
• Configure process routing and Business Object configuration.
• Must be capable to work under minimum supervision and be a teammate.
• Experience in Java, J2EE Design Patterns, Object-Oriented Design,

Responsibility

• Responsible for high-performance block implementation (RTL to GDSII).
• Perform block level floor planning, power grid implementation, APR placement, timing optimization, CTS and routing.
• Close the design to meet timing, power budget and area targets.
• Run physical verification flows (DRC/LVS/EM/IR), and implement fixes to meet the requirements.
• Implement ECO’s to address functional bugs, timing and physical verification violations.
• Responsible for the generation and maintenance of block-level STA constraints and performing STA signoff checks.
• Responsible for timing model generation and supporting the successful integration of blocks into SOC.

Qualification

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in digital-physical design.
• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in IC design， master's degree preferred.
• Experience with digital Physical design and Static Timing Analysis
• Experience in floor planning and routing.
• Experience in advanced process nodes (5nm).
• Good experience with Synopsys implementation tools (DC, ICC2), and experience with Cadence (Innovus) implementation tool is a plus.
• Experience in Mentor Verification tool, Calibre.
• Proficient in TCL coding, Perl/Python knowledge is a plus.
• Good written and communication skills.
