Roles & Responsibilities

· Liaise with external consultants and clients on delivery of design

· Attends meetings with design team and coordinates with all disciplines involved in projects

· Monitoring of project progress and site inspections

Requirements

· A recognised Degree in Architecture, preferably registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore

· Min 5 years of relevant working experience in Singapore

· Good knowledge of Architectural details, working drawings, Authorities Compliances and Construction Practices

· Excellent in Design Presentation and Human Relation Skill

· Well Versed in Architectural Design Software

· Flair in Design, Enthusiastic and have the ability to produce good design concepts

· Conversant with local Codes and Regulations

· Preferred with Contract Administration Experience

· Committed and able to work independently

· Good leadership skill and a Good team player

· Ability to meet timely deliverables

· Familiar with e-Corenet submission system

· Only Singaporeans and Singapore PRs

Job description:

• Develop designs for all forms of media (including print + digital)
• Knowledge of design fundamentals, typography, etc. and have consultative approach to provide insights and feedback from design, look and feel standpoint
• Work with marketing and digital team to support design requirements following brand/product/campaign guidelines

Requirements:

• Min 3-5 years of experience in similar set up designing assets for healthcare/pharmaceutical industry and corporate
• Min degree in graphic design & arts or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Create visual design work related to the marketing spokesperson program, and promote the company's branding and marketing strategy by producing high-quality creative assets.
• Responsible for graphic design on marketing communication channels such as the main site, TV, offline activities as well as on external platforms.
• Responsible for providing an end-to-end solution package that includes but isn't limited to project creation, intra-team collaboration, cross-team communication, vendor management, and execution to ensure delivery on time and up to standard.
  
  

• Bachelor's or above ideally in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a relevant field.
• A demonstrated history of working on international projects with experience in marketing, branding or a relevant sector preferred.
• Solid collaboration skills, able to grasp design needs accurately and deliver projects on time.
• Excellent sense of style, have a good understanding of graphics, trends and innovation with attention to detail.
• Detailed-oriented, adaptable to changes, able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A portfolio that showcases high quality designs.

Purpose of the Job:

To oversee the design approval process and resolve all related issues on restaurant builds and remodels.

Job Size:

The role initially covers the markets of Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Cambodia, Brunei, Guam, Saipan, but market assignment may change from time to time according to the business needs.

This position will be based in Singapore with traveling when required.

Major job functions include but not limited to:

• Review of all design submissions (both BOH & FOH) and strive for 100% design approval across all our markets;
• Collaboration with Ops & QA representatives to ensure cross functional resolution when needed;
• Support Design & Construction (D&C) Manager on BuildSmarter workshop preparation and tracking;
• Support D&C Manager on Energy Conservation Management program;
• Support D&C Manager on Building Green Initiative program;
• CAPEX analysis resulting in opportunities identification through monthly status report;
• Collaboration with internal cross-function teams and franchisees to drive restaurant (BOH/FOH) optimization;
• Generate content for bi-monthly D&C Newsletter and drive process;
• Prepare monthly Design Approval Status report;
• Flagging design risks/issues that may compromise the brand, food safety or health of crew;
• Participation in monthly design calls with our markets to track & update market pipeline; and
• Support D&C Manager in any other assignments as required within the D&C scope.

The person must possess:

• Tertiary qualification in Interior Design with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in restaurant design
• Strong attention to details and good spatial skills;
• Clear written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong AutoCad, 3D Modeling, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Suites capabilities
• Ability to influence various levels of stakeholders, franchisee engagement experience is desirable
• Strong communicator and analytical skills
• Team player’s spirit
