What you will do

The Senior Cloud Architect will be part of the platform team and is responsible for development and operation of Amplify Health’s Cloud platform. The individual delivers bespoke cloud solutions and customized shared services to product engineering and operations team. What you need to be successful

Requirements

• A minimum of Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent is required
• Experience with cloud-based SAP ERP deployments
• Experience of end-to-end implementations of SAP S/4HANA
• Experience in work with S/4HANA conversion and migration projects
• Hands on configuration experience and solutioning skills.
• In-depth knowledge on FICO and PS modules
• Inter-modular Integrations experience within S4H /ECC core modules
• Overall experience in SAP of 8-10 years.

• Able to navigate through client's change management process with S4H conversations, Business processes reengineering concepts etc.

Engage senior leaders to distil and analyse complex business and organisational issues by:

· Understanding the business strategy of their organisational units, regulatory context, and their implications to organisation design

Advise business/function stakeholders on their Target Operating Model (TOM) and organisational structures by:

· Utilising an evidence-based approach to analyse the current state through Organisation Design Reviews (ODR) which assess structure, size, shape, spans, and layers of the organisational unit

· Leveraging thought leadership and best practices to enrich current state analysis and recommendations on the future state organisation

· Co-developing future state TOM and organisational structures with senior executives of the business/function

Collaborate with HRBPs to monitor implementation and ensure achievement of desired outcomes by:

· Providing continued advisory and tracking the progress and benefits of transition to the future state organisation
