• Understanding client's requirements prior to commencement of design work

• Responsible for all design, space planning and conceptualization of ideas (color scheme and materials)

• Preparation of proposals for design work (sketches/3D and detailed drawings)

· To assist and support the office in any type of architectural project.

· Initiative to resolve problems that arise during construction.

· Carry out Feasibility Study, Concept / Schematic Designs, Design Development and Design Detailing.

· Attend project meetings and writing of meeting minutes.

· Preparation of forms and submission of plans to Authorities for approval.

Technical Expertise:

· Be familiar with prevailing regulations and codes governing construction and architectural practice.

· Contract administration (SIA/PSSCOC forms of contract).

· Good technical knowledge and strong detailing capability.

· Degree and/or Diploma from a recognized university.

· Min. 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience
• Amendment of existing artwork
• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media.
• Become familiarised with client’s brand guidelines and past assignments.
• Liaise with sales personnel and clients to fulfil clients’ needs and expectations.
• Maintain and operate digital printer and order supplies when required.
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design & print industry
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• knowledge of print processes and specifications/profiles
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, design skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Keen Interest in the printing industry and/or experience with digital presses/large format printers are an added advantage.
