REQUIREMENTS:

• Singaporean / Permanent Residents

• Minimum 7+ years experience in both design and documentation work for small to medium scale interior projects

• Minimum Diploma in Interior Design, Bach. Degree in Architecture preferred

• Software proficiency requirement: Autocad, Sketchup, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite

• Ability to confidently, effectively and clearly communicate both verbally and in writing

Job & Role Description -

• Part-time/Weekend Art Teacher
• Designing and formulation of student-centric innovative curriculum and lesson plans
• Further the student's knowledge of visual arts and media through art and history
• Assess and evaluate student’s performance on a regular basis
• Enable students to create a functional portfolio of their Artworks
• Expand the students use of individual and collaborative strategies used to create concepts
• Create a positive and cheerful classroom environment that is conducive for learning
• Positive interpersonal skills with the ability to independently manage a team
• Have a team-based approach by supervising and training teachers
• Guide the teachers efficiently, as per the studio curriculum/lesson plan and teaching standards, while tracking the progress of the studio and providing timely feedback to the team members

Job Responsibilities

• Conceptualise ideas and execute creative layout and marketing collaterals such as display banners, EDMS, digital activity booklets, programme brochures, posters and advertisements, social media graphics
• Manage and maintain content development on social media platforms (e.g. website, facebook, Instagram, tiktok, xiaohongshu etc)
• Support marketing campaigns, events, company branding and new business initiatives
• Ability to interpret creative briefs to understand the requirements and business goals of various stakeholders
• Manage multiple ongoing projects efficiently under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment

Qualification & Experience

• Relevant qualifications in design, visual communication or equivalent design-related field
• 1-3 years’ experience working as graphic designer or similar role
• Good working knowledge of print processes and finished artwork
• Experience in delivering digital asset, online campaigns and organic social media including promoted content
• Proven track record in executing marketing/advertising campaigns from developing creative vision to production within deadlines
• Resourceful, proactive, a team player and demonstrates great problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite in particular InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience with creating animated gifs using After Effects or Photoshop
• Videography, photography skill and editing skills via Premire Pro or Final Cut Pro is a plus
• Fluency in web design, UI/UX and Adbone Experience Manager
• Familiar with HTML and CSS preferred
• Good aesthetic sense in typography, colours and layout composition with a creative mindset
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period

Design promotional materials for events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.

Visual Merchandising:

Create graphics for promotional materials, including banners, shelf talkers, and point-of-sale displays.

Digital Presence:

Design digital assets for online platforms, including social media posts, website banners, and email campaigns.

Ensure a seamless and visually appealing online brand presence.

In-Store Signage:

Design signage for the retail environment, including directional signs, price tags, and product information.

Optimize signage for clarity and impact in a retail setting.

Product Photography:

Collaborate with photographers to ensure high-quality product images for use in marketing materials.

Enhance product photos through editing and retouching.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to understand campaign goals and product positioning.

Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve design concepts.

Trend Awareness:

Stay informed about design trends in the FMCG and retail industries.

Integrate current design trends to keep the brand fresh and competitive.

Print Production:

- Prepare and optimize design files for print production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to print specifications.

- Liaise with printing vendors to oversee the printing process and ensure quality outputs.

Continuous Improvement:

- Actively seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in design workflows.

- Stay updated on technological advancements and design software.

Requirements:
At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role or field

A strong passion for creative design in ads

The ability to multi-task and independently prioritise work in a fast-paced environment

Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator is a must

Expertise in other multimedia video software, e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro will be favourable

Knowledge in CSS, HTML will be favourable

Effective time management and interpersonal communication skills
