· Responsible for preparing and modifying schematic, detailed, and production drawings for precast concrete components, steel moulds, and reinforced concrete (RC) structures.

• Responsible for creating 2D and 3D presentations and design drawings, while developing solutions to technical and design challenges in compliance with Singapore's established standards.
• Responsible for compiling data and performing basic design computations.
• Participate in client liaison, authority consultations, coordination with consultants and subcontractors, and attend design and construction meetings.

As an Interior Designer at Wood 5, you will be a critical link between design concepts and their real-world implementation. Your expertise will ensure that our projects not only meet the highest aesthetic standards but also adhere to technical and regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in managing compliance to local authorities, producing construction drawings, and coordinating over M&E systems to ensure the successful execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
