Responsibilities

· Manage sales enquiry

· Understand homeowners’ requirement and prepare for design proposal/moodboard

· Drafting of 2D spatial plan layouts

· Prepare BQ quotations

· Communicate effectively with client, vendors to address client's requirements

· Work with Project Manager to ensure full onsite project completion

· Coordinate with vendors to ensure the highest quality of onsite work deliveries

· Accompany client to designated vendors for materials, accessories and furniture selections when needed

· Coordinate with inhouse drafter and 3D team

· Source reference material and research to ensure that materials and products are fit for purpose.

Qualifications

· Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a design related discipline.

· Proficient in AutoCAD

· Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, Space planning, Designing, 3D Sketchup

· Ability to demonstrate a basic knowledge of materials and their application.

Job Responsibilities:

• Over 3 years of experience in technology or software sales and pre-sales consulting
• More than 5 years of experience in infrastructure architecture (both on-premises and cloud), database architecture, and networking
• At least 7 years of experience in software and systems design and implementation, including mobile application development
• Demonstrated expertise as a Solution Architect with a strong portfolio of designed and developed software systems and applications is preferred
• Proficient in software development languages such as Java, Python, C++, or similar
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with software development tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, SCRUM)
• Experience in a customer-facing, sales-oriented role, including presenting to both small and large group
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
