Job title: Assistant Boutique Manager
Job purpose
Be part of the positioning as a Global Luxury Brand by being a key member of the Singapore's Boutique. You will assist the store Manager in achieving the store budget and brand goals of quality and quantity, through the management of the store sales team. You will also collaborate in the implementation of marketing activities throughout the year.
Job scope:
1. Oversee stores (Takashimaya & Paragon) when the Boutique Manager is off duty.
2. Assistance to the Boutique Manager in all the duties: sales and budget, retail operations and administration, customer service, merchandising and promotions, and staff.
2. Proper execution of paperwork for all stores. Accuracy of all receipts.
3. Maintain good customer relationship and regular update of products to customers.
4. Ensure good housekeeping of stores.
5. Ensures the stock model, according to the guidelines set by the Company and carry out inventories according to the established periodicity.
6. Collaborate into achieving the sales target.
Responsibilities:
1. Achieve sales target.
2. Maintain excellent relationship with customers.
3. Take instructions from boutique manager on the running of daily matters.
4. Ensure all paper works are filed accordingly.
5. Good housekeeping of stores.
6. Maintain good visual merchandising display.
7. Monthly stock take
Requirements:
· Educational level: Secondary School Education (post-secondary education will be appreciate)
· Years of relevant working experience: 2 years
Conditions:
· Fixed allowance/ incentive Nil
· Sales commission as per Incentive Policy of the Company in force.
· AWS 1-month gross salary upon completion of the calendar year (or prorrata)
· Performance Bonus-Nil
· Working location Singapore (Takashimaya & Paragon)
· Working hours 6 to 7 off days a month with the requirement to work on 2 shifts roster to fix into the operation hours. He/she will will be required to work on public holidays (but will be replaced accordingly). Overtime can be required from time to time.
· Medical benefits: the employee will be entitled to consult any of the company panels of doctors and the cost of such consultation and medicine prescribed will be borne by the Company medical insurance. Amount permitted to be according to the company's medical insurance.
· Probation period: 3 months
