RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage green building projects independently with minimal supervision.

· Produce reports, presentations and project submissions.

· Source for materials, products, technical specification and cost.

· Conduct all necessary calculations and simulations, such as ACMV system, lighting, landscape, ETTV/OTTV, energy simulation, wind simulation, daylight simulation, solar radiation simulation, etc.

· Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, building owners, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.

· Conduct physical walk through and detail measurement of the building related to ACMV, lighting, indoor comfort, etc, to analyse building system performance and propose improvement, if needed.

· Support marketing, sales, training, and administrative activities.

REQUIREMENTS

· Engineering Degree (mechanical, electrical, building science).

· Fluency in written and spoken English.

· Able to operate CAD, energy simulation, wind simulation, wind driven rain, and daylight software.

· Understanding of building systems particularly in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.

· Comprehensive experience in Green Mark, LEED, GBI, Greenship, WELL, and other green rating system.

· At least 2 years of relevant working experience.

1. Experience in mining and sprayed concrete lining (SCL) works in tunnelling projects in Singapore or abroad
2. Perform, review and interpret instrumentation monitoring readings for surface and subsurface monitoring
3. Evaluate engineering team’s SCL design and recommend design changes based on subsurface ground conditions
4. Assess geotechnical conditions and ground behaviour during and after each round of excavation
5. Represent main contractor to liaise and coordinate with SCL design team, main contractor, LTA, MOM and other relevant authorities

JOB DESCRIPTION

-Development of roadmaps for identified technologies, including but not limited to smart manufacturing platform

-Architect a cloud-native software solution and engineer a scalable container platform with security considerations.

-Design, develop, and deploy integrated Industry 4.0 applications.

-Implement DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment of microservice applications.

-Translate business requirements into technical designs.

-Realize high-quality design and code to create the ultimate user experience.

-Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure the project meets business objectives.

-Guide and mentor application developers in system development.

JOB REQUIREMENT

-Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or relevant disciplines.

-Minimum of 6 years of working experience with at least 2 years of working experience as a System Architect.

-Experience in Microservices, Containerization, and DevOps is needed.

-Hands-on experience in Cloud Native Technologies such as in microservices, DevSecOps, and Container Platforms will be extremely helpful in this role

-Proficiency in designing and developing microservices using at least one programming language, preferably C# .NET, Java, or Python

-Strong understanding of CI/CD Pipelines in a distributed environment using Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, SonarQube, Docker registry, etc.

-Strong understanding of the Kubernetes platform including performance tuning, platform security, and monitoring tools

-Hands-on experience with deploying and managing microservices using container orchestration platforms (on-prem/public cloud)

-Well-versed with one of the cloud platform technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)

-Can-do attitude and have good multi-stakeholder management skills

-Excellent troubleshooting, follow-through, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

-Articulate, able to present well and have good written skills

-Curious and excited in leading projects that require out of the box thinking
