What You'll Do

• We are looking for a Lead Cloud Infrastructure Architect (LCIA) who will be responsible of delivering best in class services to our CSS Customers running their solutions on Oracle private, public, and multi-cloud environments.
• Become Customer Trusted Advisor. With extensive problem resolution skills, LCIA is accountable, trustworthy, and able to build lasting relationships with the team members, other Oracle teams and the customers at different levels of the reporting line up to CIO or equivalent business owner. Work closely with customers to align their business and industry requirements at different stages of their Cloud Journey to deliver high value services aligned with Oracle’s best practices and service delivery standards.
• Leading CSS’s highly experienced delivery teams by providing technical governance and guidance.
• Ensure successful handover from Implementation toward operations making sure the implemented infrastructure solution will fit the customer requirements.
• Work closely with different CSS teams making implementation and operation of customer’s Mission critical environment a success.
• Be the Oracle Cloud infrastructure Delivery authority to ensure that customers make informed decisions regarding scope to achieve beneficial infrastructure solutions cost effectiveness, quality, and reusability.
• Assess and analyse customers cloud infrastructure needs to make sure that Oracle solutions meets the customer’s objectives.
• Providing technical guidance on Oracle cloud and hybrid solutions to customer and other Oracle team members to underpin successful delivery.

• Market awareness around not only competitor’s technologies, but new technologies.

• Apply industry and Oracle best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
• Undertake research, investigations, and developments in Oracle cloud technology in an appropriate way and communicate the findings to the relevant interested stakeholder groups to inform business decisions.
• Ensure Oracle cloud technologies are leveraged appropriately using best practices.
• Be a key contact for new business opportunities by supporting our presales team. Identifies and promotes opportunities for sales of Oracle products and services to support business growth.
• Work with the services sales teams where required to assist at pre-sales level around defining scope, LoE, technical guidance and at high level technical program/project level delivery methodology.
• Actively lead and contribute to strategic programs and initiatives, including innovations.
• Provide advice and guidance on OCI IaaS architecture and security.

What You'll Need

• Overall good knowledge of Oracles private, hybrid and public cloud solutions.
• Experiences in multi-cloud deployment.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team of creative specialists who are responsible for the ideation, production and execution of our content strategy across multiple channels. In your role, you will be expected to design key visuals for campaigns, archival landing pages, and social media assets of The Editor’s Market and our cafe brand, FOUND.

Key Responsibilities

Create visual concepts and assets for both traditional and digital channels, including social media, website, EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail), print and merchandise.

Ensure consistency among design assets and their alignment with our band identity.

Adapt and localise existing visual assets according to creative briefs as and when needed.

Contribute to the ideation and excecution of marketing campaigns, which may involve the presentation of design concepts to internal teams and key stakeholders.

Communicate and coordinate with team members and other stakeholders, including external production resources, to ensure the optimal delivery of design assets.

Key Requirements

At least 2 year of relevant in-house or agency experience

1. Work with multiple customers to understand their requirements and design solutions around Cloudera data platform (CDP) migration, data lake and data warehouses.
2. Cloudera data platform (CDP) and Cloudera Machine learning (CML) clusters design and setup for PROD and DR.
3. Review and validate the existing cluster design for CDP and CML and provide the review report.
4. Design strategies for data migration from old cluster to new cluster.
5. Discuss and design the strategies and solutions for ELT jobs migration across clusters.
6. Design migration strategies for data transfer from on-prem clusters to the cloud.
7. Review the existing security and governance practices on the clusters and submit the report.
8. Architect and design the data lake solution for the cloud including various layers and data ingestion and transformation.
9. Propose optimized and robust security and governance solutions for data lake on the cloud.
10. Design robust and reusable frameworks/solutions across various areas like cluster setup process, data reconciliation, data migration etc.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 10+ years working experience in creating data lakes and Data Warehouses both on-prem and Cloud.
2. Having experience on at least 2 migration projects from Big Data appliance (Oracle BDA, IBM BDA, Teradata BDA) to Cloudera data platform (CDP 7.1.7/7.1.9).
3. Experience in setting up Cloudera Clusters (CDP & CML) for at least 2 projects.
4. Must be able to propose solutions using the Cloudera data platform (CDP) and Cloudera machine learning (CML) tools.
5. Having very good experience in automating the routine tasks using technologies like Python, Shell scripting etc.
6. Expert knowledge in devising migration strategies for data migration from BDA cluster to the new CDP cluster.
7. Deep technical knowledge and expertise in migrating ELT jobs from BDA cluster to the new CDP cluster.
8. Expert in performance tuning for the ELT jobs across tools like ODI, Informatica etc.
9. Should be well versed in various aspects like sizing, infra, networking, compatibility etc. with respect to the Cloudera clusters.
10. Hands on knowledge on implementing data lake security and governance best practices.
11. Must have worked on projects on Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure etc.
12. Working knowledge of projects in banking and financial domain is a must.
13. TOGAF Certification is mandatory.
14. Must have architect level certification in at least 2 cloud platforms amongst AWS, Azure and Google cloud.
