This is an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer experienced and/or interested in working in the entertainment industry to work in-house for WILD Group.

Responsibilities

• Support Lead Designer in all things creative, including conceptualizing and creating marketing collaterals, designing various music launch assets, assisting with website creative graphic content, and contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
• Develop engaging and on-brand graphics for use across digital platforms, including social media, websites, and branded campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative teams and talent managers to produce design assets that elevate brand identity and messaging for both WILD and our clients.
• Assist in creating pitch decks, presentations, and promotional materials to support campaigns and new client pitches.
• Communicating with clients about layout and design
• Amend designs based on stakeholder and client feedback
• Align with Social Media Marketing Calendar to propose flow and drafting of brand collaterals
• Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with our target audience.
• Assist and work on client shoots and campaigns, study design briefs and conceptualize visuals based on requirements

Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• High attention to quality and detail
• Demonstrate professional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in photography and videography.
• Proficiency in design & editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, etc)
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to take initiative, handle multiple tasks, and adapt well to various styles of collaborations.

• RTL-level digital design and problem solving
• Function verification and support
• Digital synthesis, place-and-route, Design for Test and Static timing analysis
• Digital functional verification and FPGA verification
• Fluent in Verilog coding, design, simulation, and verification domains.
• Team player
• Usage of Cadence tools like Incisive Enterprise Simulator, SimVision, Genus, First Encounter, Conformal, Modus, Tempus and Virtuoso will be preferred

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Senior Engineers for design requirements and specifications.
• Assist in Analog, mixed-signal, and digital IC design.
• Participate in RTL coding and verification for digital ICs.
• Support design verification tasks.
• Conduct circuit simulations and analysis using Cadence, Synopsys, and Mentor Graphics tools.
• Assist layout engineers with floor planning.
• Analyze and debug silicon failures, suggesting design improvements.
• Contribute to the development of design methodologies to enhance efficiency.
• Document design work and test plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful tape-out.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalents.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Understanding the IC development flow in advanced CMOS processes, including design, layout, and tape-out.
• Understanding the fundamental theories of digital or analog circuit design.
• Capability to generate inventive designs and circuit solutions tailored to fulfill customer needs.

• Advanced in using the following technology stack: Java, Junit, Maven, Hibernate, Spring Boot, Spring JPA, Spring Batch

• Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods

• Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle

• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security

• Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)

• In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems

• Practical cloud native experience

• Advanced knowledge of one or more software, applications, and architecture disciplines

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Design and development experience of modern systems from the backend to the UI

• Possess advanced knowledge of Java or JVM oriented languages

• Possess experience with CockroachDB or similar distributed SQL databases

• Possess experience building applications making use of Kubernetes native features

• Attended formal training or certification including public cloud and infrastructure as code
