Job Description:

As a Project Manager at Inprodec, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing commercial fitout projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate closely with clients, designers, suppliers, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure the successful execution of projects. Your exceptional project management skills will be essential in delivering projects on time, within budget, and upholding our commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Communication:

a. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and designers, providing expertise and supervision to ensure project objectives are met.

b. Facilitate regular communication and collaboration between all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

2. Project Planning

a. Overall in-charge of assigned projects.

b. Collaborate with the project management team, design team, procurement team to develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

c. Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.

d. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

e. Regularly update project stakeholders on progress and milestones.

3. Supplier and Contractor Coordination:

a. Verify and confirm quotations from suppliers and contractors, with particular focus on indent items.

b. Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

4. Change Management and Crisis Mitigation:

a. Assist in managing changes in project scope, identifying potential crises, and developing contingency plans to minimize disruptions.

b. Proactively address issues and challenges that may arise during project execution.

5. Compliance and Safety:

a. Assist in ensuring that all project plans and documents are submitted for approval to landlords and local authorities prior to the commencement of work.

b. Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant building codes and regulations.

c. Conduct site marking and inspections prior to the start of work, ensuring adherence to design and safety standards.

d. Oversee site activities to ensure project milestones are achieved.

6. Site Management

a. Foster a collaborative and motivated working environment to maximize productivity and quality.

b. Ensure communication with vendors, subcontractors for a project delivery

c. Implement quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of workmanship are maintained throughout the project.

7. Documentation:

a. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, meeting minutes, and project correspondence, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.

b. Generate regular reports on project status, including progress, issues, and solutions, to keep all parties informed and facilitate decision-making.

c. Monitor project budgets and financial performance, taking proactive measures to control costs and maximize profitability.

• Schedule laser maintenance and handle internal sign out sheet.
• Other ad-hoc tasks when required.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English & Mandarin for communication with workers.
• Hands on experience with MS Office.
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.

Job responsibilities:

• Strategise with business line leaders for key client opportunities and revenue opportunities for the Singapore business
• Drive strategic and business development meetings

As an Engineer, Design, you will:

Responsible for product analyzing, design for manufacturing (DFM), tool design 3D and 2D drafting, tool review and debugging.

The key responsibilities are as below:

• Construct mold design layout and conduct mold design review meeting.
• Design precision plastic injection molds in accordance with the requirements.
• Mold management and liaise closely with internal and external customers on matters relating to mold design.
• Preparation of detail bill of material and maintain thorough documentation of hardcopy and softcopy.
• Participate in the First-Off Tool review and assess the suitability of the tool for production.

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

• Possesses at least a Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Precision Engineering, and/or any equivalent engineering discipline.
• 2 years of working experience in tool design, and/or any relevant experience.
• Experience in making LSR mold design, as well as packaging mold design is an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Unigraphics and Microsoft Office Applications.
• Familiar with engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Ability to develop complex designs to the point of manufacture and release to production.
