Conduct thorough cost analysis and value for project budgets
Planning, scheduling and monitoring of QS’s work for respective projects to ensure that works are completed on time for submissions to Client parallel to Project Schedule both in re-measurements and change proposals.
Provide quotations to Client’s for any new additional works arises out of the original scope of works (if any).
Checking and approving the change proposal for submission to Clients.
