Report to the PM, CM, or ACM, and communicate with all project staff.
Prepare, monitor, and project administration.
Evaluate and certify progress claims, variations, and final accounts (including remeasurement) for contractors and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and manage disputes effectively
Liaise with project teams to provide quotations, including quantity take-offs and the preparation of bills of quantities, as well as accurate variation cost submissions, ensuring that quotations align with specifications and construction methods.
Source and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
Enter data accurately and maintain up-to-date filing records.
Prepare all weekly/ monthly progress report.
Compile all documents into OMM.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Prepare material and equipment summary list.
Prepare material and equipment submission.
Setup proper site documentation according to company standard.
Tabulate all projects costing.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Quantity Surveying
Min. 2-3 years of working experience as a M&E Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
