- Seeking for Property Executive
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

- Company Transport provided
- 6-months contract - renewable

The Talent
- Min Diploma in Building, Facilities and Engineering
- Min 2 to 3 years of working experience in related field
- Knowledge of facilities operations & maintenance
- Team player, willing to learn, and effective communications with stakeholders
The Job
- Manage and ensure all types of routines and ad-hoc repair works undertaken by contractors
- Oversees preventive and corrective maintenance works in cleaning, pest control, security, fire protection system, security system and building works
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely maintenance
- Attend to all complaints/feedback
- Oversee site areas and report non-compliance's to management
- Update and report to client for maintenance works conducted on site
- Handle statutory licenses and permits are renewed timely
- Prepare monthly report
