This role is responsible for creating digital marketing campaigns with engaging online content and implementing strategies. Additionally, the position entails the creation of end-to-end events for tenant engagement, covering budgeting, vendor sourcing, negotiations, and post-event evaluations.
Adecco is collaborating with a well-established property development company with over 20 years of experience in the market to hire an Assistant Marcom Manager for their team.
The Opportunity:
- Permanent role
- Working Location: Central
- Up to $5500 basic with AWS and VB
The Job:
- Planning digital marketing campaigns and manage contents posted on company’s website, email, and social media platforms
- Work closely with agencies to develop and produce engaging online content, such as monthly community e-newletters, clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs
- Implement strategies to drive traffic to company page by using tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites
- Create end-to-end programs and initiatives for tenant engagement, covering all aspects from budgeting and vendor sourcing to negotiations and post-event evaluations
- Oversee company communication materials, maintain corporate identity, and ensure consistent implementation of logos and templates across various platforms
- Foster positive stakeholder relationships through consistent communication, feedback sessions, and relationship-building initiatives, while addressing concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of community engagement initiatives, events, and digital campaigns/communications using feedback and performance metrics.
- Maintaining accurate and correct information in various records for internal or shareholder analysis purposes.
- Other administrative duties that may be assigned from time to time.
The Talent:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or other related field
- Experience in digital marketing and communications
- Proven organizational skills, adept at time management with keen attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
