Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing project budgets, forecasts, cash flows, procurement and commercial activities with both local and international vendors throughout pre- and post-contract phases.
- Address and resolve payment-related issues to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Contribute to financial management processes and resource coordination.
- Review and assess cost plans, budgets, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Handle contract accounting and preparation of commercial reports.
- Preparation and submission of tender document and BQ.
- Provide training and guidance to the project team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the commercial sector.
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Proven experience in providing advice on value management, negotiation, value engineering, and life cycle costing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills.
- Strong background in design, with creativity and a comprehensive understanding of design trends.
