Our client is an asset and wealth management firm that they are planning to set up in Singapore. They are currently looking to hire a Director, Real Estate Investment.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough due diligence on prospective investments, including market analysis, financial modeling, legal and environmental reviews.
- Managing the fund's real estate portfolio, including monitoring the performance of individual assets and the overall portfolio.
- Assessing the fund's capital-raising needs based on its investment pipeline and growth objectives.
- Determining the appropriate fundraising approach, such as targeting institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, or a combination of both.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective investors through regular communication, events, and networking
- Assist in setting up the business operations in Singapore
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate investments across Southeast Asia market
- With experience in managing fund and investment portfolios
- Good market and industry network
