We are seeking to employ 2 positions of Tender QS & Project QS to join our growing & expanding team. We are mainly involve in construction projects in signage trade. Our projects range from residential, commericial, healthcare etc.

Job responsiblities (Project QS)

• To update monthly claims and substantiate to consultants for payment certitification
• To follow up and preapre for final account to wrap up completed projects.
• To submit VO cost and substantiate for claims purposes.

Job Responsiblities (Tender)

• To assist prepare BQ, taking off qtys from drawings to prepare for cost submissions.
• To prepare clarifications to consultants.
• To keep records of all tender corrigededum, tender replies.
• To assist prepare all tender documents such as track records, certificates, resume etc for submission.
• To prepare official quotation and or Request for quotation from suppliers.

Job Responsibilities

• Ability to work independently and meet datelines.
• To maintain neat & proper filing record is essential.
• Procificient in ms office (Especially ms excel)
• Assist to perform some admin duties such as answer phone calls, prepare quotations.
