Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Manage payroll processing and attendance tracking.
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR-related matters.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Collaborate with departments to enhance employee engagement and morale.
Assist with MOM related survey
Participate in continuous improvement on HR work processes and create SOPs and documentations
Support any ad-hoc HR projects as required.
Job Requirements
Minimum 4 years of relevant human resource experience
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Detailed with strong sense of confidentiality
Pro-active, resourceful and meticulous
Positive and able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
People oriented, team player and willingness to learn
Good in MS Office applications particularly MS Words and Excel
HR experiences in construction industry will be an advantage
