Key Responsibilities
1) Active data management – maintain and update LP database, investor portal and proactively manage global fund management database, folders and software solutions.
2) Prepare general and fund-specific marketing materials, investor presentations, fund management board meeting packs and fact sheets.
3) Support in various fundraising initiatives, due diligence requests, and ad hoc strategic projects.
4) Consolidate and prepare quarterly global fund management reporting materials, including AUM, track record and fund KPIs for decision making purposes.
5) Liaise with internal groups with respect to monitoring ongoing financial performance and understanding KPIs of existing real estate and private equity funds.
6) Conduct research and perform competitor benchmarking analysis against industry peers.
7) Assist in establishing internal processes and streamlining operational procedures to enhance global fund management platform.
Requirements
1) Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics or related fields.
2) 1 - 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably within real estate/private equity/data analytics. Fresh graduates may also be considered.
3) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
5) Must be fluent in English, ability to speak other languages a plus.
6) Strong project management skills and detail oriented.
7) Self-motivated, team player.
8) Demonstrate good judgement in high pressure and fast-paced work situations.
