Job Description:
• To assist in contract administration, budget control, prepare progress claim(s) and liaise with the Client’s representative on claims and variation costs;
• Call quotations, evaluation of price comparison and prepare bill of quantities to arrive at the tender pricing
• To review and verify the Subcontractor’s / Supplier’s claims and prepare payment certificates
• To attend site meeting and progress claim meeting;
• Monitor project Income expenditure.
• Provide support in any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirement:
• Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in construction
• Entry level candidates will also be considered
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Be adaptable and able to work independently coupled with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
