Manage phone calls and attend to walk in residents
Maintaining proper records of enquiries or complaints received from residents/tenants.
Manage the booking of estate facilities such as BBQ pits, tennis courts, function room etc. with accordance to standard operating procedures/handbook/by-laws.
Support the maintenance for office facilities and equipment, coordinate with vendors / contractors / building management for the repair and maintenance of office and estate equipment / facilities when required.
Establish and maintain proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation and administration of the estate.
Carry out regular update of the content of the notice board(s).
