Job Description:-
Calculating the cost of materials, labor, and timeframes for a project
Preparing tender packages, contracts, and bills of quantities
Ensuring the project stays on budget and schedule during construction
Negotiating contracts and schedules with contractors and other stakeholders
Helping to resolve disputes between clients, designers, and contractors
Analyzing outcomes and providing budget and progress reports to clients
Job Requirements:-
Degree/Diplome in Quantity Surveying or related field.
At least 2-3 years of QS exprience.
Potentially experience in Building Materials.
Willing to work on weekends.
6 days per weeek
