Roles & Responsibilities

1. To coordinate with the client and maincon, procurement of materials as per project, coordinate with site supervisors and foreman, and execute job as per project specifications.

2. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients

3. Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty
4. Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs

Roles & Responsibilities

• To monitor and supervise sub-contractors work progression according to shop drawings, method statements, materials, and samples.
• To liaise and work with relevant authorities, sub-contractors, or clients on shop drawings, materials, and samples.
• Carry out work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, and project supervision to ensure compliance with regulations and project requirements.
• Document and manage the technical datasheets, specifications, and all piping-related documents.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth progress of works.
• Identify challenges, mitigate risks, and ensure that safety regulations are being compiled on-site.
• Prepare inspection reports for material & site installation inspection.
• Attend site coordination meetings when necessary.

Job Requirements

• Preferably candidate with 5 years of relevant working experience in the Construction Industry.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/BIM/Revit would be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and target-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact effectively with project teams and managers at all levels.
• Will be based at the project site office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed drawings and layoutplan, using computer-assisted drafting(CAD) equipment in accordance to specification provisions.
• Maintain and record masterlist of drawings to ensure accurate information.
• Review and analyse specifications,sketches, drawings, and interrelateddata to evaluate factors affecting designs, procedures and guidelines.
• Draft detailed scale plans for Archi/C&S/M&E works, based on preliminaryconcepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets andother data to ensure compliance with design requirements.
• Modify and revise designs to correctoperating deficiencies and clarity of design intent.
• Responsible for preparing and producing shop drawings, as-builtdrawings and/or construction drawings in accordance with engineers’ requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years working experience in leading consultancy/construction companies.
• Preferably with a Diploma in CivilEngineering and above or equivalent.
• Experienced in design management,steel structure detail, design development.
• Competent in Microsoft suites andproficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM.

Job Description

• Carry out Civil and Structural related detailed design, drawings, analysis and calculation required.
• Responsible for the structural analysis, design and authority submission to liaise with client or contractor.
• Provide technical support and monitoring the construction progress, discuss with immediate Supervisor and give out solution on site issues.
• Prepare calculation and drawings for temporary or permanent structures in obtaining approval from authority.
• Check and review all Civil and Structural related drawings and documentation received from Contractor or Client.
• Can do drafting as assigned by immediate supervisor, inspection and other work assigned from time to time.
• Has knowledge in any related authority submission of projects

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holder with Structural related discipline
• Preferred graduate from local University or from overseas University with Excellent Academic results.
• Fresh graduate may apply
• Ability to work independently.
• Familiar with EuroCode Design
• Excellent in written and verbal communication
• Experienced and proficient in using AutoCad 2007 and Structural Analysis Software (MIDAS, SAP, STAAD etc.)
• Technical expertise and knowledge of concrete material & structure design
• A team player with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize tasks
• Possess a "can do" attitude

• Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
