Coordinate with management/ quantity surveyor regarding progress claim (such as work done) & site supervisor.
Planning and prepare the schedule, preparing estimates for time and material costs material procurement and manpower planning on site.
Following inspection with RTO
Bilingual is an advantage especially speaking of Japanese/ Korean/ Tamil/ Malay is a plus
Willing to work overtime as job site might have any emergency that need you to support on site
Must have high energy level to handle multiple projects and to do lots of site walks at contruction site
Responive to message and answering call to handle site emergency issue
Must be independent, fast learner
