Jobs Description:

• Preparing monthly progress claims, progress payment & finalization of accounts.

• Source/ Liaise/ Negotiate of suppliers & vendors on quotations & requirements.

• Handle Subcon’s progress claims & finalization of accounts.

• Liaise with Main Con/ Client / Sub-Contractor for the claims, VO or other contractual matters.

• Follow up Payment Response/ Payment from Main Contractor/ Consultants/ Client.

• Assist for tender quotation calling and preparing measurement sheets and quantity take-off as required.

• To handle other assigned duties or related job as required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum diploma or degree holder in Building / Quantity Surveying.

• 1 Year(s) of working experience in Construction Sector.

• Fresh Graduate is welcomed.

• Able to work independently.

• Knowledge in computer software such as MS Words, MS Excel, etc.

• Processes good working attitude.

• Marking and setting out (follow the drawing, floor plan etc)
• Coordinate with management/ quantity surveyor regarding progress claim (such as work done) & site supervisor.
• Planning and prepare the schedule, preparing estimates for time and material costs material procurement and manpower planning on site.
• Following inspection with RTO
• Bilingual is an advantage especially speaking of Japanese/ Korean/ Tamil/ Malay is a plus
• Willing to work overtime as job site might have any emergency that need you to support on site
• Must have high energy level to handle multiple projects and to do lots of site walks at contruction site
• Responive to message and answering call to handle site emergency issue
• Must be independent, fast learner
