Able to prepare tender document for Design & Build project. BQ, Tender specification, Form of Tender, Drawings (by Designer)
Able to quantity take off for multiple projects fast and accurately
Able to source for materials, procure and deliver
Able to source for new material, new suppliers and sub-contractors when required
Able to perform site measurement & inspection with sub-contractor to certify work done to date
Able to communicate fluently with client’s representative, landlord and authorities
Experience in material market rate
Experience in all installation market rate
Good in negotiating prices
Experience in F&B tender will be an added advantage
