Job Description:
- Reviewing tender documents & drawings
- Produce measurements fast, accurately and complete within the targeted time schedule Provide estimating cost, obtain the best or lowest possible price
- Implement contract administration procedure to ensure proper documentation of records concerning variation, submitting accurate cost and time implications to client
- Preparation of list of pre-qualified bidders for procurement-bid invitations, comparison, cost analysis, negotiation, and awarding contract agreement to sub-contractors and suppliers
- Prepare and fill in Breakdown of Cost, Schedule of Unit Rates, Schedule of Technical Data for tender submission etc. but not limited to the mentioned.
- Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations
- Identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks
- To handle the preparation of documents required for tender submission. To understand the full scope and requirements and submit Tender according to deadline
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Requirements:
- Applicants need to be able to work overtime.
- Minimum 2 year of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Can work immediately or at a short notice is an added advantage.
- Meticulous and Good Communication skills.
- Possess strong inter-personal and communication skills and be able to work well with people at all levels in the organization
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Estate Management, Building Maintenance, Civil, Structural or M&E Engineering
- Required Skill(s): Experience in CCTV/ Door Access/ Security System/ Lift Elevator related industries
