This is a 6 months contract role, renewable if required

• Assist in accounts payable, including reviewing vendor invoices and GRNs in TenderBoard and preparing payments to subcontractors and vendors
• Review and verify subcontractors invoices against payment certificates
• Check and reconcile supplier statements
• Ensure inter-company transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled
• Update the daily cashbook and perform bank reconciliations
• Assist in entering journal entries into NetSuite
• Issue accounts receivable invoices and record receipts
• Petty cash reimbursement
• Update schedules (prepayments, retention sums) for Management reports
• Handle full set accounts for an entity
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as required by Manager

Job Requirement

• 2 years of experience with Diploma in Accountancy

• Final Accounts with Sub-Contractors
• Project Claims to Developer
• Other relevant QS works that may be given by Management

Job Requirement

• 3 to 5 years of experience with Degree from relevant Universities or Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying
• Skills: Contracts Administration, Quantity Surveying

• Handle full sets of accounts
• Prepare monthly finaicial and management reports within the stipulated timeline
• Ensure timely, complete and accurate recording of accounting entries
• Work closely with business units for smooth daily accounting operations
• Prepare cashflow statements and monthly bank reconciliation
• Perform proper intercompany transactions and reconciliation
• Prepare quarterly GST tax filing and XBRL submissions
• Prepare required schedules and reports for yearly audit and tax purpose
• Assist in annual budget and projections exervise
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agents or authorities as required
• Asisst in any adhoc assignment and reporting, if required
