Job Description:

• Prepare CAD/DGN drawings to SVY 21 format for submission to clients.

• Able to do basic Autodesk 3D modelling works.

• Prepare 3D views from CAD files for tender presentations to clients.

• Ensure drawings and BIM models to comply to LTA & BCA standards.

Qualification and requirements

• BIM trained with Certificate of BIM Authoring Tool (Autodesk).

• Resourceful in sourcing /create drawings of objects such as cranes/equipment for site utilisation plans preparations.

• Positive personality and good team player.

• Responsible and Reliable on the accuracy of the works.

• Able to work in tight schedules.

Experience required

• Minimum 5 years of drafting experience working with consultants or civil/building contractors.

• Local experience with LTA job experience is preferred.

Job Description:

• Support Tender Team with preparation of technical proposals and method statements.

• Prepare technical documents and drawings for submission to clients with help of draftsperson.

• Coordinate and liaise with consultants and relevant stakeholders to ensure the design complies with all requirements.

• Ensure submission deliverables are timely and of good quality and as per Tender Specifications.

Qualification and requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as a Resident Engineer or recognised Degree in the relevant field.

• Positive personality and good team player.

• Responsible and Reliable.

• Able to work in tight schedules.

Experience required

• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in Civil works such as Viaduct, Underground construction works.

• 3 years of experience in the construction/supervision for Civil or Building projects.

Experience required;

- Minimum 4 years of working experience on civil engineering projects with Main contractor experience preferred

- Experience in government agency’s tender (LTA, PUB, JTC etc)

- Be meticulous, independent, highly motivated, result-oriented and a good team player

- Be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Sound knowledge of construction and excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.

- Sound computer literacy for MS office.

- quantity taking offs, estimation, cost planning, sourcing sub-contractors

- Preparation of cost comparison analysis, negotiations with sub-contractors

- Preparation of tender submissions as required

- Getting involved in post-tender submission activities

- Updating repository for historical data after tender submission

Other quantity surveying related duties

-Have experience of Tunnel Projects will be a plus

-Plan /monitor and track site progress, manpower mobilization and equipment deployment.

-Liaise with Subcontractor/ Consultant & Client and coordinate site activities arrangement and ensure effective teamwork.

-LTA project experience is preferred.

Job Responsibility

• Title: Senior Accountant under financial manager.
• Responsible for full set of accounts of headquarters, consolidating 4 JV projects accounts by share.
• Daily accounting duties including payments and posting entries to the system
• Processing of AP / AR invoices, including verification, coding, reconciliation;
• Issuing cheques and prepare bank reconciliation statements;
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST filing
• Prepare and assist with the processing of all general ledger journals
• Assist in management reporting and analysis.
• Provide support for year-end audit and taxation activities.

Requirement

• Education – Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree or ACCA
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English
• Construction working experiences, especially with Chinese companies, will be preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• More than 3 years of accounting and supervisory experience

Job Description:

· Manage full spectrum of payroll processing in a timely and accurate manner including data entry of new hires and resignees

· Ensure timely submission of monthly CPF payments, IRAS submissions, NS make-up pay claims, tax filing and all government paid leave claims

· Responsible for payroll reconciliation and related reports required from Finance

· Responsible for submission of surveys and support of annual audits

· Maintain and ensure accuracy of employee information in HRIS systems and personnel files

· Work Pass Management (application, issuance, renewal, cancellation, etc)

· Responsible for training & development

Requirement:
