Job Requirements:

• Possess a valid Class 3 / 4 driving license with good driving record.

Roles & Responsibilities

• · Create overall construction plan
• · Overall responsibility for the site construction of the work including the management of all sub-contractors and suppliers and all internal and external interfaces
• · Manage construction activities, ensuring timely and smooth progress of the operations.
• · Responsible for implementing the work plan and attending project meetings
• · Resolve discrepancies or technical conflicts, which may arise among consultants and contractors.
• · Evaluate and assess the subcontractor's construction methodology and method statements for adequacy and completeness.
• · Coordinate with the commercial team to clarify any pending issues regarding the construction
• · Understand health, safety and environment (HSE) related guidelines
• · Monitor construction quality
• · Report progress against construction plan
• · Involve in design, co-ordination and preparation of specification, submission and supervision of construction works for projects.
• · Monitor and ensure working including those of sub-contractors to ensure compliance with the specified requirements.
• · Ensure that constructions works are executed and planned according to schedule.

Requirements

· Minimum experience of 15 years as a high level management of sub-contractors and suppliers and all internal and external interfaces, including design interface coordination.

· Preferably of 15 years’ experience in the planning and construction of water process plants and associated works.

· Preferably of experience in completion of 2-3 Water or Waste Water projects.

· Preferably with demonstrate high level of integrity, professionalism, and technical competency.

· Critical part planning, strategic planning, timeline management, multi-tasking.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities to make sure that compliance with cost, time, contract specification, health and safety, quality and environmental requirements are achieved; manage the delvelopment and implementation of programmes associated with project plans.
• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Participate in the evaluation of the suitability of subcontractors.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Liaise with subcontractors and other service providers in relation to programmes and workmanship.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Liaise with the safety personnel to undertake risk assessment and develop suitable control methods.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of engineering experience with Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioners of Building Control as eligible for application as a Resident Engineer or recognised Degree in relevant field subject to the acceptance of the Engineer.
• At least 10 years of experience in managing construction teams for projects of similar scale and complexity.
• Competent in conflict and crisis management.

Job Responsibilities:

• To carry out supervisory roles in day to day site activities including taking care of workers.
• Ensure that all construction work is carried out or constructed according to the approved plans and design.
• Ensure all works are carried out within schedule and maintains the required quality.
• Coordinate between fellow colleagues from different departments to ensure the smooth transition of works and eliminate abortive works through regular discussions.
• Ensure proper preparation of work areas for subcontractors to carry out their works and ensure adequate materials preparation for execution.
• Monitor performance of subcontractors, evaluate the progress and manpower to ensure adequacy and adhering to schedule.
• Keep daily site records of manpower, materials usage and works status. To coordinate with client’s supervisory staffs on a day to day activities, inspections, etc.
• Attends all necessary site progress meetings, internal meetings as & when required.
• Embraces safety and ensure all practices comply with safety regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• Possess relevant coretrade certification, BCSS, CSOC etc highly preferred
• Min 15 years and above of relevant experience in the construction industry
• 6 days’ work week
