Job Responsibilties:
- Lead a team of QS to prepare and submit tender bids and proposals
- Reviewing of tender documents, drawings and requirements
- Taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparation of the tender submission
- Prepare and analyse costings for tender
- Getting involved in post-tender submission activities
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Singapore building construction industry with the Main contractor preferred
- Experience in tendering work
- Sound computer literacy including advanced skills in Excel. Proficient in Cubicost Glodon will be a plus.
