To take out quantities from drawings
To calculate quantities for subcontractor’s claim
Other ad hoc duties assigned.
Responsible for all works related Quantity surveyor duties.
To prepare necessary quotations
To assist accounts personnel and prepare staff salary
To prepare & submit progress claims
Must be willing to go for site visit
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying
Minimum of 3 years QS experience
Able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office.
Knowledge in AutoCAD and CAD measurement
