Job Responsibilities:
• Preparations of Bills of Quantities
• Assist in the preparation of tender bid
• Cost planning/control
• Administer to the procurement of materials, tools and equipments as requisited by the project site
• Monitor and to ensure compliance with the ISO standards, building regulations and other relevant legislation
Requirements
• Tertiary qualifications in QS/Building/Construction/Engineering or its equivalen
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience working in Construction sectors
• Must be proficient in English and Chinese
• Good in Autocad & MS Office & MS Project at least to Intermediate level
• Willing to work extended hours
• Preferably able to commence immediately
